Jabeen Raza

As Director, People and Culture, Jabeen Raza is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources function within PX Solutions. Jabeen brings over a decade of experience working with multi-cultural teams in South Asia, Middle East and North America within various industries including Oil & Gas, Banking, Healthcare, Nuclear and Education. Jabeen also serves as a mentor with Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

Prior to PX Solutions, Jabeen served PTAG, where she revamped the complete recruitment and onboarding process and managed HR Dashboards. At Stork Technical Services, Jabeen was responsible for leading the HR department and accomplished automation of payroll system for their Qatar branch.

Jabeen, is a team player and has a result-oriented personality. Her global experience has developed the capability to understand employees from diversified backgrounds and maintain consistency throughout PX Solutions leading to solidify company’s brand and operations.

Jabeen is an active member of Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and carries an MBA degree with majors in Managing Information Systems along with Post Master’s Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM).
